For stands with engraved note (w/note) only, please provide the message you'd like engraved on the bottom of the box (e.g. “Wishing you all the best – Sam”).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on all non-personalised items in line with UK law. Personalised or custom-made products are non-refundable once produced, as they are created specifically for you.
If an order includes both personalised and non-personalised elements, you may return the non-personalised parts for a partial refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition.
